1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Punjab Construction website and service requests. By using our website, submitting estimation inquiries, or uploading structural layouts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
If you represent a corporate entity or land developer, you warrant that you possess the organizational authority to bind that entity to these technical and administrative conditions.
2. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to CAD drawings, render styles, "Option C: Blueprint-to-Reality" slate cards, interactive components, site code, text descriptions, and logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of Punjab Construction.
No visitor is permitted to copy, reproduce, hotlink, or scrape our structural collage renders or technical layouts for commercial construction purposes without prior explicit written authorization from our management board.
3. Project Submissions
When you submit blueprints, CAD designs, site photos, or structural safety specifications to our contact-us forms:
- You warrant that you own the copyright or have obtained valid licensing rights for all submitted documentation.
- You grant Punjab Construction a limited, secure, royalty-free license to analyze, resize, and share the blueprints with our internal project estimators and field engineers solely to prepare quotes.
- You acknowledge that mock submissions or uploading corrupted files containing malicious scripts will result in immediate service suspension and blocking.
4. Site & Safety Compliance
Punjab Construction designs and executes builds to strict structural benchmarks (including Grade-C50 concrete and Seismic Class A structural checks). However, you acknowledge the following client responsibilities:
- Municipal Approvals: Secure all necessary local development permits, municipal NOCs, and environmental clearances prior to site mobilization.
- Soil Diagnostics: Provide verified soil load-bearing capacity reports. Any calculations we run are dependent on the geological data you supply.
- Site Clearances: Ensure safe, unobstructed access to the layout site for heavy machinery (e.g., concrete pumps, excavators, crane masts).
5. Estimation & Billing
All estimations, itemized bills of quantities (BOQs), and timeline drafts generated from this website are preliminary drafts. Final binding cost sheets, material specifications, and installment schedules will be defined solely inside signed bilateral construction contracts.
Estimates are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating steel, cement, and logistical pricing.
6. Liability Limitations
Punjab Construction is not liable for structural delays, material bottlenecks, or safety deviations caused by:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or corrupted CAD data uploaded by the client.
- Force majeure events (e.g., flash floods, earthquakes exceeding regional design limits, or government-imposed site holds).
- Subsequent structural revisions ordered by client architects post-concrete pouring.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or arbitration arising out of your website usage or service queries shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patiala, Punjab, India.
